Default Taking a New Job While Getting Treatment for a Workplace Injury

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: west virginia

I was just released from work to start collecting TTD Benefits, I'll be getting my first check tomorrow.. I an appointment with the othro surgeon where I was given to options, rehab my torn labrum in my shoulder or get surgery, I opted for surgery which im still waiting on to find out where and when this surgery will take place, due to the nature of the surgeon I'll need a shoulder specialist which the ortho described to be very hard to find.. Well yesterday I get a call for employment with a company, with a hefty pay raise and its something that I have been working hard for the past year.

I'm not sure what to do in this situation, I need this job with this company and I cannot pass up this offer, and my safety director for the company i work for said its up to me what i want to do and that they personally think i should go with this company..

If you are able to do the job, why not take it? You'll still get your medical treatment under your worker's comp claim.
