Default Can You Get Benefits if Your Employer Doesn't Have a Position For You

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Mississippi I was released from work and told that since I was placed on permanent restriction they could no longer offer me employment. I was working for a charity and still getting paid through the company. My work status hasn't changed since I started. The dr. gave me MMI 2 months ago I did FCE and Impairment rating. My Impairment Rating was 2% Wholebody. The only change was my atty asked for my medical records. My question is will I start back receiving workers comp check or will they try to starve me out until I settle. Do they even have to start back paying me.
