My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Iowa

Hi!

After almost seven months of being treated for a shoulder injury that occurred at work. After surgery and pt my shoulder has caused migraines and the insurance company refused to pay for them and has now requested my medical records for up to ten years prior to injury. My questions are as follows:

Do I need to give the insurance all of my records or just those pertaining to my injured shoulder?

Also if I give them to the company who can they legally share these records with?
