    Default Workers Comp Questions

Does surgery increase the value of your workers compensation case. And if you are in more than one accident and injured your back two different times with different injuries and filed separate claims will each injury be handled separate or as one.

    Default Re: Workers Comp Questions

Back surgery can add value to the claim, depending on the outcome.
Two separate incidents would be handled separately, there may be an apportionment if the injuries are to the same area you can't collect twice for the same injury.
I removed your other post, you can pose the same question twice.
