Default Does Anyone Know About Sedgwick Insurance

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Virginia hurt my back and the Dr the insurance sent me to says I need surgery. He's like therapy will not help, I could try it. On the 16th he pulled me out of work. Now Sedgwick is tripping just nasty. Should I get a lawyer of wait and see what they do next.

If Sedgewick will not authorize your medical treatment as recommended by the treating doctor, then you will need to get a lawyer to help you.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals has held that "In contested Workers' Compensation cases today, access to competent legal counsel is a virtual necessity." Church v. Baxter Travenol Labs, Inc., and American Motorists Insurance Company, 104 N.C. App. 411, 416 (1991).

Won't happen, worker comp is the exclusive remedy - besides that would violate the confidentiality of others.
