Default Time Frame for Checks Being Mailed

I was hoping someone would know how long worker's comp insurance company has once we agree on a lump sum settlement for vocational rehabilitation to issue the check. I read somewhere that they have to wait for at least 20 days under NV law. Is this true and if not is there a time limit for them mailing the check. My lawyer is not involved in this at all so the check should be sent to me. My lawyer has confirmed that she is not involved in any part of the vocational rehabilitation settlement with my adjuster.
