Angry Employer Claims Employee's Injury Was Intentionally Self-Inflicted

I was was hurt a month ago today. I was in the office and lifted a 20 to 40 lb cardboard file box.I have 2 previous WC cases. Both include a part of my back.I was honest about them.I have been discriminated against and retaliated against and I have a attorney for both wc and discrimination.I dont understand how they can use those terms with out something to back it up .I am hurt not dead,so whatever they have i'm not sure how it can be considered to be fraud or I hurt myself on purpose.I am offended at this.Anyone else fired or denied claim for filing a fraudulent workers comp claim and purposely hurting ones self in order to file a lawsuit this was why they terminated me yesterday. My council said this is just proof of your discrimination case.I did have to walk 5 blocks one day because of no parking it was very hard but I did it.The next day I was in horrible pain and without medication I would of never been able to do it.That is all I can figure they have some video of me.So any opinions o this or similar circumstances anyone?

Believe me when I tell you this--neither one of your lawyers wants you to post things about your claims onto the internet. The opposing party is likely to find what you post and they will use it against you if they can.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals has held that "In contested Workers' Compensation cases today, access to competent legal counsel is a virtual necessity." Church v. Baxter Travenol Labs, Inc., and American Motorists Insurance Company, 104 N.C. App. 411, 416 (1991).
