I had a crush injury which severed the tendon at the distal joint in my middle finger on my right dominant hand. The tendon repair did not hold so the finger was severely bent and this was also causing the ring finger on the same hand to start to curve inward. It was decided that fusing the bone was my best option. I also work in a cold environment and after both surgeries I have had a terrible intolorence to pain. I have restrictions for spending time in the cold and was told that this may take some time to get better if at all. Am I enttled to compensation for both surgeries or are they counted as 1. Also will the cold intolorence be considered in my compensation
