Doctor Sent Me Back to Work to Soon

I injured my back at work almost 2 months ago,my employer switched occupational providers. My first visit at the new clinic, the Nurse Practitioner but me on sit down duty. I went back to work on sit down duty and my employer sent me back to the clinic the very next day. The doctor sent me back to work FULL duty and changed my injury diagnosis!! He told me that working while injured was the only way I would heal. I went in and tried to do the job but my back went out again, my employer would not send me back to the clinic, instead they put me on light duty for the rest of my shift and told me to report to work full duty on Monday. My back is still messed up! The doctor wouldn't even give me pain medication. Is this legal?

Sure it's legal for them to play games, especially in Michigan.
You need to hire a lawyer immediately - even then, you're in for a battle.
Go to work and do your best, don't over do it - they can either fire you or accommodate - your lawyer can take it from there.
You're in a tough spot, Snyder destroyed the Worker Compensation system in that state - good luck.

I see the games that are played.....I had 28 days before I could see my own doctor, They sent me to the new doctor on the 26th day!!! If I go back out again, I will have to start all over again!! I'm in so much pain!

In Michigan, you NEED a good lawyer. You can be on your death bed and they won't let up.
