Can You Get Medical Treatment After a Workers Comp Settlement

I have been paid all money do to me other than a cash settlement this will now be open for three years do to my last payment a few weeks a go I broke my ankle 13 screws plate a band in there now my question will they make me an offer to close this out are let the years roll on buy? I still have some pain and no 100 percent don't think I will ever be whats next step?

If you've received all money due to you, why do you think you get a settlement?

You better consult a lawyer and find out what you're really entitled to and keep these guys honest.

just that there still liable for the next three years if I have any problems it could cost them more. They paid all medical and the weekly rate formula

Where did you get that info?

They are liable for medical until you heal 100% or settle the medical side of your claim..
They are liable for wage loss based on the percentage of impairment once you reach MMI.
Sounds like they paid out the wage side of your claim, the only thing left is medical.
I'm guessing based on the little info you've posted.

Again, talk to a lawyer and get the lowdown, this isn't anything to be guessing at.

loke tony said peak with a lawyer the insurance company wants you done and done. don't do anything until you speak to a lawyer. somepeople think they could do this stuff with out one. that's exactly what the ic wants you to do

We can't answer a question that makes zero sense, I have no idea of where you get this three year limit or what you're asking.

No, insurance companies don't like buying anything - they'd rather screw you out of it.
Do as you wish, if it where me, I'd consult a lawyer.
