Default Filing a Confidential Settlement Statement

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Hawaii

Hi I am just curious I am at the point in my case where I have to file a confidential settlement statement. Besides no knowing HOW to do this my first question is currently I am totally disabled I do not have a position under light duty and am still under treatment. I do not have a rating in regards to my injuries, I am still fighting to receive the treatment that I was awarded. Is this normal, am I skipping over a huge part of the process?

yes, its obvious you have no legal reprensation. my advice is GET some, it helps if someone who knows is fighting for you.

I have tried very hard to get a lawyer to take my case and when all my hearings started to come up I have, along with my wife written all the paperwork that needed as we ran out of time to get a lawyer. I would love help in knowing how to go about doing this process but have not been able to secure any representation. Any expertise would be greatly appreciated.
