Default Settlement Amount for a Meniscus Tear

Hi,I just recieved a 9% lower impairment rating and 4% whole body impairment rating.
And I'm trying to figure out roughly what I will be looking at for settlement.
    I've been with company 18 years,I'm 43 years old and make $1500.00 a week.
If anyone knows how to calculate how much that would be great.
    Thanks

    Default Re: Meniscus Tear

states have a chart to go by on calcultions I wouldn't be expecting large money 4% isn't much neither is 9% ask your lawyer to figure the amount. after all, he will get a % of it in the long run
