    Default Worker's Comp Payment Stopped

    Hello everyone I'm still in physical therapy been going for a year now my last day worked was 1/14/16 but i didn't reach mmi yet but worker's comp filled a petition saying that im physically able to return to work but i was let go by my job due to me being injured for so long plus i was already at work on light duty but my dr. took me out of work due to my injury this was on 1/14/16 but now my workers comp payments have stop I've called my lawyer and he said the state will start paying me for now on so is this my ssd or what also about 2 weeks ago I filled out an 2nd injury fund form I got injured in the state of Delaware where I work ,but I live in Pennsylvania any info will be helpful thank you post buddies

    If the employer fails to accommodate your restrictions for any reason, you are eligible for wage loss benefits.

    Without knowing why payments stopped, it's impossible to comment further.
    You have a complicated set of facts, don't look for quick results - it sounds like you're in for a fight.
    Be patient and listen to your lawyer, do exactly as he says.
