    Default Injured on the Job

I was using a grinder @ wrk when it struck my forearm. My employer brought me to the ER where they gave me 4 stitches to stop the bleeding and close the womb. The ER sent me to a specialist to be seen immediately and they set me up for surgery 2 days later
( friday). The next day, my employer called me to see if they could seek the best local doctor to perform my surgery and they scheduled me an appt to see a different dr at the request of the company's CEO.
The Dr. Gave me an appt to have surgery that following Monday and my employer had me cancel my appt the specialist had gave me for that friday.
I had 2 of my tendons repaired in my forearm of my dominant hand that Monday. The friday of the following week, the dr removed my staples(abt 25) and released me to go back to wrk with full restrictions to my left arm. I'm a welder but the job want me to return to work and stated that they could find something for me to do, even if it's sitting in a chair counting and assorting bolts & nuts. I will need therapy and my next dr follow-up is in 3 weeks. They told me to let them know when I'm ready to come back to work.
I was told by many that that probally trying to get me back until my time expires where I can't file an injury claim and fire me. What should I Do?

You can't post u-tube vids like that, you can be identified and that wouldn't be good for your cause.

As long as they are accommodating your restrictions and providing medical, there's not much more to gain.
You can file a claim now, you don't have to wait.

Have a free consult with a lawyer before you do anything - see what he says.
By the way, remove that video from u-tube, you don't want the employer or carrier to see that.
