    Default Work Comp

    ok injury date 5-4-2015. reported injury to supervisors was givin weekend off, came back and was fired. since going to er cause swelling pain and no movement in knee. other tgan that have seen our doctor seen there doctor. after 2 yrs finally had a hearing about a month ago, still awaiting judges decision. havent gotten one dime from them. why can they take 2 yrs of waiting and only this far in my case? if not for family i would have lost everything. how long can they do this to me?. injury has healed wrong and the more i use my knee the more it swells. cant keep any job not stable in my injury to do so. how can they get away from helping me to get back to work.? can u sue work comp? neglect at medical help going on 2 yrs only been seen at emergency rooms.. please help!!!

    No you cant sue workmans comp, it is no fault......Are you saying this had dragged on for over 2 years, and you never got a lawyer?
    There is some key info missing from your post......
    But you do live in one of those deep red states, and dealing with workmans comp in some states like this is anti employee, and totally pro business.
