    Default Stop Receiving TTD Check

    I got injured on the job a month ago fractured two pelvis bone also fracture hip bone. I received two check for the first two weeks. Since then I have not receive any further payments. I also hired a lawyer which they stated that they have reach out to the adjuster which claim they have process checks which I've yet to received it's been 3 weeks without any Checks. What's the next step to take ??

    Has your mailing address changed recently? Has the doctor released you to go back to work? If those are not the reasons for the missing checks, then you need to get your lawyer or his paralegal to contact the adjuster again, and find out what is going on.

    No address change. Started reciving checks a few weeks ago. Thank you

    I was wondering I'm due for my mmi I don't really know the term what's the basic outcome for a pelvis injury.
