    Default Settlement

I just got a call from the ic attorney and they are wanting to settle. I have reached mmi and have a 4% impairment rating on my knee from falling off a ladder and tore my acl and a tear in my miniscus. Just trying to get an idea of how much should they be offering.

The 4% sounds like a lowball rating for that serious of an injury.

They will not offer you fair money without your being represented by a good work comp lawyer. Why? Because they know that you have no idea how to value your case.
