Have been on WC since Oct 12. Until now I have been paying my portion of my company benefits, Blue Cross, dental, etc... Was informed that starting in January, I have to go under Cobra if I want to retain those benefits. I have not been let go, and haven't been told that I'm being let go. So my question is, are they allowed to do that?
I have a week vacation schd for Christmas week. Company policy is "use it or lose it." Since I won't be back to work, company says I will lose it. They never pay off vacation time. Only once in 15 years have I seen them allow a week to be rolled over. Again, can they make me forfeit that?
