I was injured on the job, January 2017, went through months of therapy, finally had shoulder surgery for a Shoulder SLAP Tear to my Labrum on June 28, 2017....Last month, November, my surgeon told me he's done all he can do for me, he released me to return to work with restrictions, I was not to use my left arm at all, my job had nothing for me, so I have continued to receive TIBs, on December 20, 2017, my surgeon released me to return to work, December 28, 2017, without restrictions, said my injury is as good as it's going to get. I am still in a lot of pain, my treating Workman's Comp Physician is ordering more therapy, when I return to work I won't get paid for two weeks, and if I must continue thearpy, I won't get paid when I take off work for that, will I draw TIBs until I'm paid from my job, or does it stop immediately? Will Workman's Comp pay me to go to therapy? Since there are no workman's comp settlements in Texas, what happens now, am I on my own?
