Default Released to Full Duty, Injury Not Resolved

I was released back to full duty. On my copy of the release, the doctor had written " No impairment", but I am still injured. My doctor told me that there was nothing more he could do for me. That was three days ago. I contacted my work and left a message but have not been contacted back.
I am a little concerned that my injury is not resolved, I'm released, but not working. Does anybody know what happens now?

    What type of injury?
Unless you have medical evidence to support an impairment, you are released full duty and your case is closed.

Soft tissue injuries are hard to prove with objective evidence - they don't show up on Xrays, Mri's or other objective testing.
You'll have to lawyer up and hopefully get a second opinion to support your claim, you're in for fight.
