Default Advice After a Workplace Shoulder Injury

Ok so on Jully 30th i hurt my shoulder at work. since then i was on light duty and physical therapy. I havent had any improvement in the last three months but the Dr keeps insisting that this will be the time it works. They have found a tear in my rotator cuff and just today found three of the vertibre have slightly protruding discs. And the upper arm is realy realy swolen. The dr told me the same thing he always does. Listen to your arm and dont over do it and another month of pt. Took my papers to work they say ok keep doing what im doing. But then i get a call tonight. My claim adjuster had emaild my work saying i can return to full duty. I work in a care facility lots of lifting pushing and pulling. I can barly hold a jug of milk for more then a minute with out feeling like my arms going to give out. I haveI have pain that keeps me from sleeping well in my shoulder and neck tingiling and numbness in my shoulder arm and hand and sometiems my hand just stops working for a moment. Im hoping its just a case of the dr wrote the note wrong but, im not sure where to go from here. Im just so tired of this.

Did the doctor release you to return to work "full duty"? He must have. You need to find out. If he told you something different, then it may be a mistake. If so, you need to deal with it and get it corrected.
