    Default TTD and PPD

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: California

I have two work comp cases open with different start dates and case numbers : wrist/shoulders and back.

My wrist/shoulders injury is the the oldest the back injury is new.

Can I collect PPD, On the wrist/shoulders while collecting TTD for the back at the same time?

I don't know about Calif specifically, but most state work comp laws do not allow you to collect two such payments at the same time. You might be able to collect TTD and then get the PPD later, after TTD ends. Speak to a local work comp lawyer about it.
