Default Life Benefits and Direct Deposit by Scif

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: California.

Does anybody know why scif doesn't offer direct deposit? I have life benefits. I've talked to scif, to no avail. I've talked to my bank, but they require a deposit slip. I bank at the same bank as the benefit checks are written from.

They'll never direct deposit comp checks, they're always subject to review.
Because the system is full of fraud, they want to keep tabs on you and make sure you're still alive.

In a wierd way, that makes sense. I guess, if a recipient passes away, some family member won't report it but still recieve his or her checks. Got it. And, once again, thank you Tony.
