Can somebody or lawyer on this site tell me how do I start getting a new law firm to take over my case? I been with this law firm over 4 years and I dont hear from them unless I call them or submit medical records in their office.

Also, my lawyer never in and as of Jan 2018 I asked them to take my case to court since my adjuster not doing no more medical for my knees. Which I had do doctors and MRI stated I need another Right knee surgery and now care to the left knees before it get worsen. I went to the Work comp office and nothing on file for my court and it now Aug 2018.

How do I go by getting another law firm to see would they take over my case. I have alots of my mri, x rays and medical paper work with me but how they get all my information and communication with the two claim adjuster company that had my case over the 4+ years?

I am in pain n tired of take pain pills and wants my life back....

On file is both lower extreme and Right Big toe.

Please tell me the steps I need to take or what good law firm online now?????

I am not sure your expectations are reasonable. Before you fire your current lawyers, you should choose a lawyer that you might want and then get a free consultation from that lawyer. Ask what their strategy would be moving forward, and how long it would take to see it through. Getting this kind of "second opinion" might provide you with some clarity on this and help you make a better decision.
