Default My Doctor Has Me 100 Percent Disable, but I'm Receiving TPD They Say I'm 75 Percentpd

I been out of work since 2016,my doctor has me at 100 percent,They took me to a hearing for 75 percent. I'm receiving TPD shouldn't I be receiving TTD?Now they ask for settlement 32 before I go for MMI rating.

It's impossible to comment on a case without knowing the details.
You better consult a lawyer before proceeding further - this stuff is way over your head.

I had a lamenectomy L4 -L5 , several injections,PT, chiropractor, nerve embalation.i was asked to settle before MMI. Then I received a letter to go to I.M.E ,I assumed for a rating. Settlement was on table a month , no answer 32 and final. After seeing Ime doctor,He asked if I think my back was gonna get better I said no.Two hours after leaving the appt. My attorney says they want to settle for 100,000 for 6 yrs .I think that's low for a unscheduled back injury.Wc have paid 40,000 at 600 bi weekly .Also I was approved for SSDI.At first my attorney says they won't settle with medical.Ny State only pays for five years, Also 110,000 was his offer to them, now it's negotiated at 100,000,Question is that a fair amount?

5 years is the max they will settle for in most cases.
Like I've already explained in your other thread, they'll never settle with open medical, that defeats the purpose of settling - the idea is to get you out of their hair and close your claim.

Like I said, five years at your benefit rate is the max to expect.
If that figure equals that, it's a good offer.
