    Default Return to Work Nope

In California: 2 cases 5 separate injuries.
So the WC doctors release me back to work, but work won’t accept the work restrictions.
The work restrictions are the same restrictions I was on while I was working before my surgery.
At first she said they are looking for a position for me, now she states something about risk of indemnity.
I am ready to go back to work.
So basically I have to wait for HR and the insurance to decide my fate?

Correct, the employer is free to do whatever they please, they don't have to take you back.
If the employer fails to accommodate for any reason, you are then entitled to TTD, wage loss benefits.
If you don't have a lawyer, now's the time to retain one.

This is some funny stuff, both injuries I have been released back to work.
Work study doc said you can go back to work, full duty no restrictions.
But it seems like HR is gragging their feet, it seems like they don’t want me back ??

    Yeah, that's real funny?
File for unemployment and start looking for work - the jigs up.
