    Default Advice on Lifetime Meds

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Tennessee.Do I need a WC lawyer to reopen an old WC lifetime medical award? 20 years of pain and I'm so tired of it.

No pro here, but a few phone calls to WC attorneys should be a must.....But I believe you would have to pay out of pocket to be represented?...This was going to be a possible problem for me, so my attorneys pushed hard for a structured settlement, so I didnt have to deal with the insurance companies down the road.
