Re: Work Search
Well now that's a lie, you even started a thread complaining about attorney fees when you picked up your settlement check.
First off I’m not receiving benefits from work comp
You also said the check was back payments for TTD and he got the benefit reinstated.
You do realize I read all of your postings, right?
If your lawyer is advising you to do a job search, there's a reason - you have a comp claim in litigation.
I'm assuming you are under restrictions, you are required to search for work within those restrictions if the employer fails to accommodate.
I won't get into a guessing game, I'm stating what I'm assuming from the little you've posted.
If you want an exact response, you'd have to share the details of your claim otherwise we're all wasting time.
I can tell you this, if the facts are anything close to what I've posted and you refuse to do a job search for any reason, you'll forfeit your claim.
If you can't afford to get the internet, how are you trolling this forum?
The reason comp is a game is because 90% of the applicants are gamesters - People start with a minor to serious injury then try to blow it up into a total disability claim, they then think they can get a million dollar settlement and retire on SSDI.
We've had people with a smashed pinky finger wanting a quarter million dollar settlement and applying for SSDI - seriously!!
I bet I've banned at least a hundred people in the last year trying to use this forum as a tool to game the system.
We have no one to blame but ourselves, people now a days will take advantage of anything, that's why these adjusters are pricks and so am I.
I'll delete your other garbage postings and promptly ban you, you're obviously not being truthful
