    Default Wcmsa Online

My medical C&R settlement was first signed in early 2017 and was almost immediately posted on mymedicare WCMSA site with all applicable documents and the status said ďacceptedĒ. However when this went before the WC Judge the AA and DA attorneys were not in agreement because a huge discrepancy error found on the 1st part of the settlement from a few years prior. The WCJ gave attorneys a few days to get their act together but they couldnít come to an agreement so the case didnít close. The settlement remained on WCMSA site. No medical payments were submitted to Medicare and all bills were paid by IC.
Almost two years later, the case was re-settled with errors corrected, WCJ approved, settlement paid to be self-administered. Alls well, except this was 6 months ago now and the WCMSA site was not updated. In fact all the original documentation disappeared. The original case is still listed but shows no documents available. I neglected to mention that from the first day this case posted in 2017, the date of injury was incorrect. Whenever I met with my AA I did tell him about this and in fact he did write a letter to the IC telling them about the DOI error.

I have the funds in an interest bearing account. I havenít had to pay anything on my WC injury as of yet. Iíve reported what I know. My question is How long does it take to post a WCMSA?

I kinda feel that I am under the radar. Maybe I should just wait and see what happens. What would you do? Thank you.

Don't worry about what's posted on that website, the only thing that matters is what you have on paper and ordered by the court.
If you have any questions, call Medicare and talk to the worker handling your case.

They outsource maintenance on that website, even when they update it's often not accurate.
Don't know what you mean by "should just wait and see what happens. What would you do?"
I would do exactly what was ordered by the court and the directions on the correspondence from Medicare and not worry about that website.

An MSA will only be approved once by CMS in any single case, so nothing would have changed anyway.
