    Default So What's Next

My husband sustained a TBI in September of 2017. With that there was brain bleed and mini stroke, facial fractures that required surgery. He was in the hospital for 5 weeks and then on to a in-house rehab facility for 2 months.
He went back to work in January 2019 for 16 hours a week with restrictions. It has been a long journey for him and for me being the caregiver.

We do have an attorney and was told from their paralegal they will file on July15th 2019.

Still under Dr, care but if all goes well he will release him in October.

Worried about future medical for him.
So where does it go from here?

Thank you, it has been a long road and I am exhausted.

    File what?

Why worry about future medical if the doctor plans on releasing him?
It's impossible to comment a post that's missing facts and makes little sense.
You have an attorney, he should be able to advise you on "where it goes from here" - he knows the details of your claim.
