Default Issues with Preexisting Conditions in the State of Kansas

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Kansas

IME Dr. says my knee injury from a fall at work is a preexisting condition.
    What do I do now?
Still waiting for Ins. company to receive the IME report

First off is this a preexisting injury?
If so, you may still be entitled to benefits if this injury exacerbated it.
Now's the time to hire a lawyer, have no further contact with the carrier until you do so.
