Question Company is Selling Business What Happens to My Benefits

I got hurt back in January. I work for Fedex Ground as a delivery driver and slipped on ice and blew out my knee. Iím finally getting my surgery next month on the 17th. The past four months have been a complete nightmare. Fedex Ground routes are run by contractors. They own the routes. Well my boss has to sell within the next couple weeks. I was wondering what happens to my benefits. I believe the new person is buying the company and not just the routes but either way I wanted to know what will happen.

His insurance carrier will still be on the hook for your claim.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals has held that "In contested Workers' Compensation cases today, access to competent legal counsel is a virtual necessity." Church v. Baxter Travenol Labs, Inc., and American Motorists Insurance Company, 104 N.C. App. 411, 416 (1991).
