Payout?.....Are you MMI?....Is there a % of loss?....If you recover 100% there is no payout.

No loss but put in mesh to repair it,Off 10 weeks with comp paying me $904 a week.

Was told if mesh is used you will get a payout after a year after surgery.

    Who told you that?
Comp doesn't pay according to the injury unless it's a scheduled loss - otherwise they pay a percentage of wage loss and medical only.

What do you mean by wage loss? The difference in the $904 from comp and what I would of made in check?Plus 401k plan that is also put in and retirement threw the Union?I thought that when they put a foreign object in your body for a repair you get a small amount.

So if I take home $1050 a week plus a annuity of $311.60 a week plus retirement of $264 a week.Is that what your talking about?Thats what I missed out while on comp.

What do you mean by wage loss?
Comp pays 66.3 % of your average weekly wage in the 52 weeks prior to your injury, nothing more - they don't include retirement or any other benefits in the equation.
Comp doesn't make you whole, they pay a percentage of wage loss until you return to work.
You should consult a lawyer for a free evaluation of your case to keep them honest.
