Payments Exhausted

( NY ) Well here goes. Since 2007 been in this circus. Judge gave me 85.5% , also took me off labor market. I am 60 years old now. The weeks of payment are winding down. My atty. had put in for a C-35 ( form ). I am told that this is for a hardship for continuation of my payments. A hearing is coming up soon. ( Question ) Has anyone been down this road before ? If so, what to expect ? If it does go bad, does that mean my payments stop and my medical , all at ounce ? Thanks
