    Default Payments for Vocational Training

    I am from the state of: Ohio
    if the BWC doctor considers me MMI and I am being put into vocational rehab will I still be getting compensation?

    I do not have the answer, but I would think if your MMI....Your free to look for a job and get your training at the same time.

    We are talking about insurance companies, and they hate paying anyone anything?

    Yes, until you return to gainful employment or settle your claim.

    Actually I don't know if they're doctors going to put me at MMI or not still waiting on his report but I was just thinking ahead is there any way you can tell me how the vocational rehab process work and the formula on compensation while participating?

    As of right now my doctor said I am not able to go back to work at all but due to my financial situation I need to do something

    You continue to collect TTD while in voc rehab, the amount doesn't change.
    You better lawyer up so someone can advise you of what to expect based on the details of your claim - an internet forum is for basic info only.

    You won't get TTD while in voc rehab but likely will get Living Maintenance. The amount is the same but it is a different benefit with some different requirements. Agreed - you need an attorney to help with this.
