    Default Major Depression and Ptsd

I am out of the state of Ohio.
I had a workplace injury July 2018, had an MRI done. It shows that I have a L4 L5 disc herniation and protrusion. The process of the BWC and workman's comp situation is so f****** stressful that I relapsed, caught a OVI and had to do 60 days local jail time and now I'm here. In order for me to start receiving my TTP again I had to see an ime doctor for TT compensation. He hasn't put his report on file yet. I was just recently diagnose with major depression and PTSD. Can I file an additional allowance for that and how would I go about doing it?

Psychological conditions are handled differently from physical conditions are there are some pitfalls that you need to know about in order to have any chance of getting them added to your claim. You definitely need an attorney to help with this. Hire one - anyone who legitimately handles workers' comp works on contingency and won't touch your current benefits, meaning you have nothing to lose.
