My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Indiana I am unsure what to do with my W/C claim I’ll try to be brief ,I went in for hernia surgery (W/C) and the foxy ended up finding and fixing 5total surgery lasted 10 hrs this was 2/14/18 when I work on the 15th I realized I could not feel either of my hands Dr. said it will come back in a day or so it never came back insurance w/c sent me to arm and hand specialists 5/9/18 I had surgery on both elbows to release the ulcer nerve two weeks later both hands were done then therapy started did therapy for months with no improvement have had multiple nerve test all show damage from elbow down I’m still off work now I’m having trouble with all the mesh in my abdominal area building fluid on 9/3/19 I Had to have my abdomen drained on 9/16/19 I had another surgery to close up the pocket that the fluid had created and close up drainage area none of it worked on 10/15 /19 I have to go back and have a drain installed after this is done I have to go to Dr.office weekly for some type of injection to stop the drainage between all of this I was sent for an FCE I have permanent restrictions of no lifting more than 15lbs and no vibratos tools these restrictions will end my career of over 30 yrs with these restrictions I don’t think I can get a job at Walmart let alone a job making over a hundred thousand a year and I’m still not sure what will happen with this drainage issue with all that said I have received the state maximum of 780 per week and my question is what Do I do now my career is over it’s all I know will I possibly be offered a settlement if so how do I know if it’s fair sorry this is so long but wanted to put it all out there no I do not have an attorney as of yet
