Questionable Doctor

I got crushed on may 7 2018 while unloading a freight truck. I got covered by this object when it fell on me. Luckily I just got a broken ankle if it would of spun another inch I would be dead. I went through the workers comp stuff and went back to work. However shortly after going back I had to be replaced for I no longer could do my job. I tried to get in to see the doctor and he refused to see me and told me it's as good as it will get. By the time I could no longer be on my feet for more than 4 hours at a time. I had to leave my job and we are at the closing part of my case. The workers comp people went to him and he said there is nothing wrong with my foot without even seeing me for almost a year. Is it okay for him to diagnosis my foot even though he hasn't seen me in that long.
