Default Can Anyone Recommend a Good Federal Workman's Comp Attorney

I'm having trouble finding a good workman's comp attorney who will actually call me back! Any suggestions? I appreciate any help you can give me.

Not many work comp lawyers handle Federal cases. For Federal cases, ("FECA") you can get one anywhere in the country. You can look for them on the "find a lawyer" button at this site: www.WILG.org
The North Carolina Court of Appeals has held that "In contested Workers' Compensation cases today, access to competent legal counsel is a virtual necessity." Church v. Baxter Travenol Labs, Inc., and American Motorists Insurance Company, 104 N.C. App. 411, 416 (1991).

Out here in California we've been referring to a gentleman out of Ohio by the name of Shapiro. I will insert the hyperlink to his website. There are so few federal workers compensation lawyers anymore. And even Shapiro will only take certain cases. But out here in California I don't know one Worker's Compensation lawyer that doesn't refer to him. Never heard any complaints and until we do we will continue to send him the federal cases that we get and we get a lot of them in the San Diego area. Bad news is he knows he's the only game in town and he doesn't offer any referral fees. http://www.theshapirolaw.com/ one thing to note is he does have terrible Google reviews. But as I said from our experience we have not received any negative feedback and we've been referring over there for over a decade.
