Default Injured While on Workers Comp

My wife tore her rotator cuff in her right shoulder at work by moving items above her head. One shoulder cuff tore the other shoulder was just very sore.

They did an MRI on the right shoulder. Saw the tear and did surgery. Did not do MRI on the left shoulder.

Now, After surgery and 6 months of recovery her left shoulder (non surgery shoulder) just gave out.
Is this still covered by workers comp? What do we do.?

The burden is on you to prove whatever you claim with objective evidence.
How do you intend to prove this is connected to the WC injury and not a result of an off job incident?
You're in for a fight, better lawyer up and come up with a credible argument before proceeding.
