Default The Definition of a Trial

A real trial is when witnesses and evidence are presented to prove guilt or innocence, neither was present during the Fake Impeachment trial of Donald Trump.
Trump has no low, he actually had unprotected sex with a prostitute the first week his wife was home with their first baby - need I say more about his integrity?
Morals such as this now define the Republican Party which explains why using tax dollars to extort a foreign leader to interfere in our elections seems like "no harm done" in their world.

The criminal Senate along with Moscow Mitch conspired with Donald Trump to cover up evidence that could've easily resulted in his removal from office.
They've unleashed an unhinged psychopath on witnesses that participated in the impeachment inquiry and this country.
These are dangerous times, this madman has no limits - it's anyone's guess what stunt he'll pull next to undermine our constitution and harm our Democracy.

This weekend the Draft Dodging Con Man (now emboldened) fired decorated military Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman for upholding his oath of office by testifying and telling the truth.
Out of pure revenge, Trump also fired Vindman's twin brother, Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, inspite of him having no involvement in the case.
To be sure he covered all the bases, the draft dodging coward also fired Gordon Sondland, the U.S. ambassador to the European Union who also testified truthfully of the crimes committed by the predator.

That so called impeachment trial doesn't fit the legal definition of a trial - Trump wasn't acquitted, he was let off the hook by his co- conspirators.
See the below definition of "trial" you won't find one element defined in the definition in that fake Impeachment Hearing - It was a hoax perpetuated against the American Public to conceal the crimes and abuses of power committed by Donald J. Trump.

The Most Serious Obstruction of All: The Vote to Block Witnesses and the Public’s Right to Know
Many criticized the Senate’s vote “to deprive itself of information” by blocking John Bolton and other witnesses from testifying in the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump. What makes the matter worse is that the Senate choked off the American public from hearing that information too, and at the time it mattered most.
what makes the Republican-controlled Senate’s trampling on the public’s right to know and to inform their congressional representatives of their views especially offensive. The Republican leadership’s action came at a point when citizens’ exercise of these rights would have counted most. That was no accident. It wasn’t that these senators personally did not want to hear more before deciding on the final verdict. They apparently didn’t want the public to hear any more either.

    U.S. Attorneys Justice 101
After many weeks or months of preparation, the prosecutor is ready for the most important part of his job: the trial. The trial is a structured process where the facts of a case are presented to a jury, and they decide if the defendant is guilty or not guilty of the charge offered. During trial, the prosecutor uses witnesses and evidence to prove to the jury that the defendant committed the crime(s). The defendant, represented by an attorney, also tells his side of the story using witnesses and evidence.

Not that it matters but retaliation against a federal employee for reporting waste fraud or abuse is illegal - of course King Trump is above the law.

    Default THe Crime Syndicate

Absolutely incredible, it's only been a week since the criminal Senate turned this psychopath lose on America and he's already attacking Federal Judges and abusing his power by weaponizing the DOJ.
The White House, State Department and Senate have become a crime syndicate gone wild.

Trump just made the DOJ’s Roger Stone intervention look even worse
Trump directly implicated Attorney General William P. Barr, which will only increase questions about Barr doing his political bidding.
