If a person gets injured on the job during this virus crisis, will this delay court filing and will this give a company or insurance company reason , not to pay benefits? See, my fear is that if I get injured during this crisis, that my company would send me home without any benefits during this crisis.

No, everything will still be filed - the only thing that may be affected is a commission level hearing, any other issue could be handed through teleconferencing.
