    Default Returning to Work

I've been off on worker's comp for almost a year. I don't have any lingering affects from the injury and I'll be able to return to work at 100%. My job says that they may not have a position for me. If you have a work related injury and fully recover is your job required to have a position available for you? Seems u fair if they don't because it's basically the same as being fired for getting injured on the job.

No, there's no law saying they have to take you back - fair has nothing to do with it, life isn't fair.
If they laid you off, file for unemployment as long as you're 100% released for work.
