    You get paid wage loss, not damages you claim from an injury - no wage loss, no moola.

    You started asking about this in 2011, why are you still asking this same question 9 years later?
    You need supporting medical evidence to prove your claim, also you'd have to suffer a wage loss on top of the original injury claim - in other words you can't collect double for the same period for two injuries.
    If you're receiving payments for a broken leg then injure your arm, the payments remain the same, only medical would be additional.

    You can't keep reposting the same question - you have several threads started on this topic, no matter how many times you ask - the answer will be the same.
