Who Holds Weight
My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Texas
I fell a few months back. I had an IM exam done and a DD in which both doctors suggested surgery and that I haven't reached MMI. Now I have to attend a RME in which they are challenging the DD report. My TIBS aren't consistent. What happens if the RME doctor says something different than the IM and DD says?

The carrier will act accordingly, you'll have 180 days to appeal the opinion if you disagree.What happens if the RME doctor says something different than the IM and DD says
