    Default Trial Issues

    My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: California
    Does anyone knows if represented applicants must to attend trial personally or by phone? What about if I need interpreted. Since I have been in disputes with my lawyer I really don't want to attend trial I wanted to fire him, is anything I can do to cancel or suspend this coming trial thank you everyone.

    Any issues you have must be resolved before trial, you have plenty of time to do so.
    Failure to appear will forfeit your claim - they won't " cancel or suspend" without just cause, disputes with your lawyer doesn't fall under those rules.
