Re: New Spine Doc

I had a failed fusion although new doctor said its nothing to get to concerned about?? in any case I am on pain meds so
if I just continue that treatment is that enough for future SSA reviews.
Cross that bridge when you come to it, never take pre-emptive action on the unknown.
Only react to an action - my motto is "they do then we do" never do the reverse.
If in the future they try to cut benefits you can then seek a second opinion, until then leave it alone.
I know of a case where a claimant was afraid that SS found out he was doing a side job for extra money and became paranoid.
One month his check was a few hours late on direct deposit so he called SS and began to explain that he didn't know he was breaking the rules and was only working for a short time.
The agent had no idea of what he was talking about, his check was late because of a computer crash.
Luckily the agent told him they had no record of a problem and let it go - he almost destroyed his claim over being paranoid and taking pre-emptive action.
Remember, THEY DO-YOU DO, NEVER BREAK THIS RULE!!!
