Maximum Medical Imparment Evaluation

I live in Northern Virginia. I was injured at work and have reached Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) and was wondering if you knew of any doctors or anyone who does a MMI evaluations or Permanent Physical Impairment (PPI) and would write the report based on AMA Guidelines 5th edition for settlement?

As far as I know the insurance company will send you to their Dr.....You dont have an attorney to send you to one to cover you?
