    Default My Employer Hasn't Filed for Workers Comp Insurance

    My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Indiana

    I had a semi accident and was hurt and it's been 20 day's after the accident and my employer hasn't filed anything with workers compensation insurance. I don't know what to do and I'm not getting any compensation and now I have ER bills coming to me
