Feeling of Being Harassed

I've been constantly being harassed by our administrator due to being in modified duty. Yesterday, for some reasons, she decided to do my annual evaluation herself. She noted there that I have to try harder to finish my tasks as modified faster. And to stop repeating what other people talk about, gossip is also what she wrote. Now I really feel pressured. Please advise. Thank you.

Sounds like they are setting you up to be fired for misconduct or insubordination. You need to be talking to a workers' comp lawyer now, before anything bad happens.
